	Room size was great but that is where it ends. The room had sand in the shower and in the bath room floor. Pulled the blankets back on the beds and the sheets had hair all over them several things were broke..(lamp shade, handle on entertainment center...) and carpets were dirty and stained...When we complained they did re-clean the room.

	Well, i walked in expecting a normal room but when i opened the door i was sooo shocked at the room we had. It was a oceanfront condo an the room was sooo clean an big. It was by far the best room i have had at the beach....thanks for the great experience!

	I thought for the price, this place was great. The rooms were large, well equipped, and had an awesome view of the water. High-speed internet in the room was nice as well. Only major concern was the extremely harsh water pressure, almost painful!

	Baywatch was great!! The rooms were clean and the bathroom was a girls bestfriend. Roomservice needs improvement the washer and dryer came in handy compared to waiting 5 hrs for clean linens.My cousin from New Jersey really enjoyed the pool area and the indoor hottub. Everyone that came with me had a good time. The patio was serene and refreshing at night..I've been coming to Myrtle Beach for 8 yrs and this has been my best stay so far.....I will return back this year..

	the condo was pretty clean but you can see the wear and tear on the furniture. The night we left I saw the biggest roach in the sink, glad that it was the night we were leaving. Overall it was ok but they do need to update the rooms.

	We really enjoyed the Bay Watch and found our room to be clean and what we expected -- one bedroom with full kitchen and oceanfront. However, the front desk staff was very unfriendly and acted like you were bothering them -- even when checking in. The hotel did not like the fact that we had used (a third party) and used it for excuse after excuse -- not allowing a late check out, not allowing food charges to our room, etc. We were very disappointed in that regard. If the management would get the staff under control, this would be a top rate resort.

	The beach was nice even though our room had leftover food in the fridge from somebody else, and we found a discarded corn on the cob in the trash ,and the sliding glass door would not lock ,and we had to sleep on twin beds. Other than that we had a good time because we were close to the bar the lazy river and the beach.

	I've been in the hotel industry 15 years and this was by far the worst I've ever stayed in, the cleanliness was atrocious for the amount of money we spent. 100 words isn't enough to describe how dirty room 611 was, if it wasn't for paying up front I would have moved. The health department should shut this room down. The staff was indifferent about the problems and did not much care if they helped or not.

	When I checked in, *** had booked my reservation wrong. They had us leaving a day earlier. It created problems with us using our door keys when Baywatch went ahead and checked us out a day early, even though the front desk had assured us that everything had been straightened out for us. We were happy with our stay generally and will possibly stay here again in the future.

	Then I encountered the rude,snippy,inconsiderate,arrogant front staff.Then the staff was rude,they didn't care about any concerns or comments,they were short with customers and very rude,where is the southern hospitality that we have know to love, not at this hotel.I called the front desk 4 times, each time,if they didn't hang up on me first after 5 minutes of waiting on hold,I waited another 5-10 minutes per call before I hung up and called them back.

	Great location, room was immaculate and large. Had everything we needed. Lots of pools, good beach. But...front desk personnel was unprofessional, uncooperative and "snippy". Other than that, It was a great place to stay.

	Hotel has an infestation problem with cockroaches. We called & was told by MGR that nobody else in 500+ room resort has mentioned it-we were mad at his arrogance & lack of interest. Friends in another tower brought front desk a cockroach in a ziplock bag. After they offerred a $* discount. If you don't like bugs-stay someplace else! Housekeeping staff rude but restaurant staff very sweet. We won't stay here again! Very disappointed with general cleanliness.Kept lights on all night to keep bugs at bay. Pool & lazy river were lots of fun but we would never stay here again.
