The food at the Shadow Rock restaurant was some of the best I have tasted anywhere - I brought back some of their recipes. Incredible location and amenities. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The bathtub shower is a little too tight for two people to use together.

Overall fabulous hotel and location. FYI - bring your own wine cork - wet bar doesn't include one and front desk person & concierge are unavailable.

This hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere but lacked the luxury I would have expected from a Hilton resort. The spa met and possibly exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is very nice with beautiful scenery. Several miles south of Sedona. It would have been better if it was disclosed that the highway was under repair. I assume that the lower room price was due to the inconvenience of dealing with the construction and resulting heavy traffic.

I would have stayed more days if I had known I would be staying in this suite. It was very comfortable, private, and the decor was appealing.

 Date of Stay: July, 2007
My boyfriend and I traveled here on our trip across the country, as a stop to see Sedona, AZ and the red rocks. It was a little out of the way from the main strip in town, yet in a beautiful setting where it was quiet and had nice views of the red rocks in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed it and wished we were able to spend more time there to enjoy the other amenities such as the pool, spa, and restaurants. We would go back given the chance!

Thought we would get a nicer room, it was okay, but at a resort thought we would have gotten a nicer room.

11. From: Alejandro, Chandler, Az

I recommend this hotel for travelers that want to see Sedona, because you will avoid all the overcrowded uptown and still enjoy Sedona and the surroundings.

12. From: Marianne, Toronto, On Ca

The rooms are small and the decor needs to be updated. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice.

13. From: Dan, Maricopa, Az
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
This resort was in a beautiful location, the beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly, and there are things to do for the whole family to include board games, 3 pools for all ages, a spa, and excellent food at the main grill. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and overall the resort was very clean and comfortable.

 Great hotel. I definitely recommend.

Very relaxing, the construction in the front of the hotel makes the entry a bit awkward, but the same is a temporary problem I believe.

It was lovely. We got a king suite with a timed click on fireplace and a nice dining table with an amazing private bottom floor patio that we were able to use a little trail right to the car. The pool area was nice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great service, amazing views, beautiful rooms. Very pricey for any kind of service, though. Minibus lock was not working well. We just stored leftovers in the minibus. Make sure you get it to lock. You will be charged if anything is missing. Overall. Wonderful room.

19. From: Al, Palm Harbor, Fl
 Date of Stay: May, 2007
The hotel is approximately 10 south of Sedona on a road that is being widen, therefore, it is not very convenient for visiting Sedona or going to Flagstaff. If you are just there to relax it is very comfortable.
