Description: This Homestead property is conveniently located in the Waterford Corporate Park in Miami, approximately two miles away from the Miami International Airport. South Beach is 10 miles away.
The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply.
All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, One dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 75 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

 Suite hotel with kitchenette, about 15-20 minute drive from Miami airport, real quiet. Big disappointment was no breakfast and no shuttle to pick me up when I arrived after 11 p.m. Taxi to motel late at night runs about $14, then tip.

 The front desk staff did not understand English very well; it was tough to communicate so I didn't mention the dishes being dirty in my room. My key stopped working on wed. Again! & the girl tried to tell me it was my fault. I've been using card keys since they came out (I know how to store them). She was very rude to me!

 Hotel location is very nice, felt safe walking in area. The shuttle service and taxi were very quick, although 7am for morning shuttle is a bit late, especially for business travelers. The room was attractive but in dies-repair. Would be nice to have a few more items in pantry as the grocery store and restaurants are a ways away if you don't have a car. Also would be nice if front desk people would at least offer to help hold the door as you struggle to get through it with your entire luggage, instead of talking among them.

 Keep it! Clean neat, and almost new. Check it out frequently, as this "extended stay" business model can mean some hard wear, so watch it. If I had some room here on this page, I would tell you how I really feel. It's a plus for your inventory!

 With a convenient location right by the airport, the hotel is also near restaurants and grocery stores to fill your room's kitchen with food. The hotel's grounds were well landscaped, clean, and attractive. Wi Fi is spotty depending what room you get. Bathroom fixtures are hit and miss along with appliances such as alarm clocks. Overall a great place to stay for a short or extended business stay.

 This is a clean, comfortable room. We were hoping for a hotel with an airport shuttle. Their web-site did not list a shuttle as one of their amenities, we arrived in Miami after a nine hour international flight and hired a cab only to find a shuttle sitting in the hotel parking lot. The shuttle does not operate until 7 am. I would have expected a 2 star hotel to have a shuttle. Otherwise the hotel was fine, but no restaurant or bar on site or near by.

 I simply love this hotel, its accommodations and quaintness. I will certainly recommend it to friends and family. It is a great getaway for couples enjoying a honeymoon or weekend together. It is family oriented and simply marvelous.

 Adequate as described. Kitchen had cupboards with doors falling off etc, but the fridge and micro worked and TV was fine. The ac unit was wall mounted under the window, and seemed to be 40 year old technology, and the wall thermostat did not work. Too cold to sleep in, but if you turned it off, you get really stuffy immediately.

 Great location, good hotel for the price. One problem: unlike other hotel's 24 hour service, shuttle closes too early (9:30pm), and the staff was really unfriendly. We arrived at the airport at 9:40pm, and end up taking a taxi to the hotel.

 Our room had a shower head that squirted everywhere except down on the person and we had a toilet that wouldn't flush. We couldn't take a shower and we went to the lobby to use the toilet. We asked for a different room and, although we could see that other rooms were unoccupied, the people in charge would not change our room to one in which the shower and the toilet worked. This was very frustrating. We paid full price for a room and expected to have one in which the plumbing worked. I think we deserve a refund!!!
