The Fireworks Display, starting at 21:15pm on October 1st, 2007 will attract large crowds of Hong Kong residents to the Tsim Sha Tsui area near to the hotel. Therefore, road closures and special traffic arrangements will be implemented in the surrounding area from approximately 18:00pm onwards that evening.
