1. From: Scott, Mesa, Az
 Date of Stay: August, 2007
This hotel is nice on one side and a renovated 30 plus year old building on the other. The room itself was remolded but not fully remolded. I have not seen popcorn ceilings in years, I believe the 4.5 star rating for this hotel (at least the side I was in) is fraudulent to claim.

2. From: Robin, Peoria, Az
 Date of Stay: August, 2007
We had a great experience. We needed a weekend away with the kids without a lot of fuss. Toilet in the room ran all night and when we reported it, they were came to fix it within 5 minutes. When they couldn't fix it, they offered to move us to another room. When I told them the beds were uncomfortable so I'd just stay where we were to avoid the hassle. They upgraded us to a king suite and brought roll away beds for the kids. They remembered my drinks in the bar too! The entire staff was polite and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. My expectations were met & exceeded during this stay.

3. From: Sarah, Phoenix, Az
 Date of Stay: August, 2007
Pleased with the hotel. Did not like the $5 resort fee. It didn't have the resort feel. I would stay there again as long as the price was reasonable. Their normal rates are too high for the quality.

4. From: Richard, Sierra Vista, Az

Very nice clean, convenient location, great price. Would like to stay there again.

Was expecting more of a resort atmosphere, we had no view of anything but the people were nice.

 Beautiful, romantic and great value.

7. From: Beth, Maricopa, Az
 Date of Stay: July, 2007
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The views of Sedona are beautiful. We don't have anything to complain about our stay except that we wouldn't rate this as a resort, but most likely a 2 star hotel.

8. From: Dick, Lake Charles, La
 Date of Stay: July, 2007
Wasn't bad but not what I expected from Radisson, thought it would have been a 3.5 but was only a 2.5. If I returned to Sedona I would stay at other hotels.

9. From: Richard, Columbus, Oh
 Date of Stay: July, 2007
Great staff, beautiful scenery, elegant rooms.

10. From: Dana, Springdale, Ar
 Date of Stay: July, 2007
I didn't know what to expect having read some unfavorable reviews. When we arrived, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. When we saw the room we were overjoyed. It had been newly remodeled, complete with sleep number beds and comfy pillows and linens. It was a very large, spacious room and was nicely appointed. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained as was the 9-hole golf course. I will certainly go back to this hotel.

11. From: Dennise, Nederland, Tx
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Sedona area. It was priced well and was only a short distance for the downtown area. It was quite and had one of the prettiest views that I have ever seen.

12. From: Jennifer, Tucson, Az
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
Not what I would call a resort!

13. From: Patrick, Braintree, Ma
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
This hotel was not a resort. They had two pools (one was being fixed while we were there), tennis courts, select comfort beds, and golf, but basically, the structure of the buildings was like that of a typical motel. No real lobby. You park under your room and lug the bags up over the stairs. What's more, bus tours kept unloading people, buses idling in the lot. someone left a plastic bag of old takeout food on the steps outside our room. It wasn't picked up for days. It felt like a Motel 6 with an upgrade that wasn't really enough to make it feel like a resort. We stayed at the PHX and it was much nicer in many ways.

14. From: Ron, New Milford, Nj
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
Overall the place was very nice from what I could tell from our very short stay (we checked in around 8:30pm and checked out about 9:00am the next morning). The bed was very comfortable and room had ample space. Parking was inconvenient to the location of our room.

15. From: Robert, Scottsdale, Az
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
Pretty Nice except the bed. Our room was not equipped with a sleep number bed, and our bed was so hard, ridiculous, neither my wife or I slept more than 2 hours.

16. From: James, Toronto, On Ca
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
The hotel was very disappointing - the room we purchased was terrible - old and dire need of refurbishing. They upgraded our room, which was clean but small. The website was nothing like the property, the golf course was a small pitch and putt, and the restaurant was old and need of renovation. In addition, the pool was under construction, however they allowed guests to use a corresponding pool which was adjacent to a parking lot, which was also under construction ' if we had known about the pool area, we would not have booked this property. I am shocked that this hotel is rated 3 stars - overall very unsatisfactory - the entire property needs to be refurbished.

17. From: Jeff, Peoria, Az

Good location! Great staff. Very romantic. We only had one night available to stay.

18. From: Beth, Mount Dora, Fl
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
Nice hotel, friendly staff, sleep number bed a plus, in-room Jacuzzi, free internet access, spacious room, beautiful decor.

19. From: Kevin, Chandler, Az
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
An old resort that's pretending to be something that it's not, .no respect for the guests, everything was an excuse, if I got it for half the price I paid it would still have been overpriced

20. From: Tom, Phoenix, Az
 Date of Stay: June, 2007
Old and run down. The restaurants were ghost towns. We went elsewhere to eat. We wanted to have other diners around us.
