Have now stayed three times at this hotel and even know the room to request. Everyone was so friendly and rooms were lovely.

Located near all of the New Orleans Downtown attractions. The hotel is very attractive and comfortable. I like the microwave in the room. I like the decor of the bathroom.

It is very attractive. It is located just off of canal, near the French quarter, the river walk, and near the convention center and casinos. The staff was good. It is very expensive to park.

4. From: Lisa f., Los Angeles CA USA
 Date of Stay: January, 2007
I stayed here for 2006 Jazz Fest and was absolutely pleased with everything. They had a few problems post Katrina but were doing their best to make up the difference and the staff was amazing. I will stay there again this year.

5. From: Carrie K., Atlantic City NJ USA
 Date of Stay: October, 2006
The hotel was fine. My problem was the street leading to the French Quarter did not have street lights on so the walk was very dark and spooky. We were a group of women and because of this I wouldn't stay at this location again.
