 I have stayed in that hotel and staying still, if you come to Napoli never & ever choose that hotel. It is the worst hotel for services. First nobody knows English. Second the breakfast is Italian style. If you ask bread & cheese they look you stupidly give it like throwing a stone through the table. The ceiling is very high, It is impossible to make the room hot or cold. Recommendation: Book another hotel
