My husband and I stayed here two nights. They have a really nice hot tub and pool area which we set on sights on as soon as we arrived. From there, they were walking distance to everything we would want to see - Pike's Market, Belltown, etc. They also had a nice, relaxing bar to unwind at on the main lobby floor. We got an exceptional room on the 42nd floor that overlooked downtown. We could not have asked for a nicer experience.

Would stay again anytime. Staff was courteous. Room and public areas are immaculate. View was like being in a New York penthouse!

Great location, beautiful spacious lobby and pleasant staff. Our room was quiet with a partial view. Awesome shower and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the couch in our room after a long day walking the town. Room was not especially clean. Stains on the carpet and not well stocked with supplies. Quick cafe off lobby was overwhelmed and slow. Overall we had a good experience in a great location with a comfortable non smoking room. Did I mention the awesome shower?

Great hotel except the elevator service is so entirely inadequate that it left a very negative mark on the hotel. The hotel is set up in two different towers, so if you stay in the south tower and want to exercise (located in the north tower), you literally need to add 40 minutes to your workout time: 20 minutes to get the elevator down to the lobby, walk to the north tower and wait for the elevators to go to the 5th floor. Then repeat the process on the way back. To make matters worse, you cannot walk the stairs up only down. Very frustrating and although otherwise a very nice hotel, I'd look elsewhere for my next stay. I don't like spending my time away waiting for elevators and not having options like taking the stairs.

We had a great city view and were in a perfect location to walk to Pike's market, shops, and restaurants. We took the monorail to the Space Needle. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The workout room was great.

My stay here was comfortable and pleasant. However, I requested a 4 star hotel and a room with a king sized bed.

This hotel was hard to beat for location and amenities. The price of valet parking was exorbitant, and I really didn't like paper cups for my morning coffee. The concierge was brilliant.

Outside of the hotel looks tired, but lobby and rooms are beautiful. Lots of business travelers make it not the best location for children, especially when crossing the lobby from the pool to the South Tower in bathing suits. But the location, and one of the few downtown hotels with pools, make it a good choice for families. (They should put kids in the North Tower). Great bar and sitting area. Restaurant was closed because of a private function, but lots (I mean lots) of choices w/in walking distance. Pike's Market and Space Needle within minutes. Expensive parking ($35/day).

My children loved it, therefore I loved it. We loved the food at the hotels restaurant and we loved the walking distance to the sites we wanted to see. The hotel parking is expensive.

I highly recommend this hotel. The diner had excellent food, prices and atmosphere. The room was clean, and nicely decorated.

Overall this hotel was very enjoyable, close to everything we wanted to see, child friendly for the grandchildren who were staying in the adjourning room with our daughter and son-in-law. The hotel was out of the children's welcome packet so substituted a free child's movie.

Two nights at the Westin were a Christmas gift from our children. It's a great place to relax and it's close to everything. The car stayed in the garage, and we walked everywhere. We'll definitely stay there again and again and again.

These rooms do not have the same amenities as the rooms that are actually 4 star rooms. So I wish that I had actually gone with a boutique hotel for about the same cost. I ran in to tourist who paid about $12 more a night at two star boutique hotels who had free amenities such as internet access and local phone calls.
