Villa Atlantica has an excellent location in the mid-section of the Camps Bay Hills, about 1 km from Camps Bay Beach, restaurants and entertainment. You can drive from this villa to the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town in 16 minutes.
Location Description: Camps Bay is famous for its wide, white sandy beaches, palm-tree lined promenade and large tidal pool. This spectacularly scenic area is overlooked by Lions Head Mountain peak and backed by the majestic Twelve Apostles Mountain range.
This seaside resort has long been a favourite for both locals and holiday makers alike. Cottage / 6th Bedroom - The Cottage has twin beds and views of the beautiful 12 Apostles Mountains. The room is mountain-facing and sleeps up to 2 adults.
The fully equipped cottage/bedroom has its own private entrance and excellent security.
All towels and linen are provided, and the cottage has its own private entrance. The cottage/bedroom also has sliding glass doors leading out onto a small court-yard/private garden with barbecue facilities. The Cottage is serviced 6 days per week.
It is a 1km walk to the Camps Bay beach front with all its entertainment and restaurants. There also is a deli 2 minutes' walk from the cottage.
Please note that this room accommodates 2 adults only. Children and extra beds cannot be accommodated.
Villa Atlantica - This Camps Bay villa has been designed and built to the highest standards with quality finishes throughout. Amenities include jacuzzi baths in 4 out of 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms are a good size.
The wrap-around terrace has stunning views with a barbecue, dining tables, chairs and umbrellas. The pool is sunny and inviting, and it has shaded areas and more barbecue facilities.
All bedrooms are extra spacious and are set up like in a hotel.
The villa’s finishes include fine cherry wood flooring, granite counter tops and fine imported marbles. The kitchen equipment is 100% complete for self catering, with top-of-the-line new appliances. Entertainment spaces are large and can easily accommodate 12 people + daytime guests.
Three of the bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds; 2 have single beds. There are stunning sea views from the living room, dining area and 3 of the bedrooms. Two other bedrooms have mountain views and are also very spacious and comfortable.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
